Mack Wayne Mohler

Born on February 3, 1942, in Bristow, Oklahoma, Mack Wayne Mohler was the son of Willie Mae and John Osborn Mohler. His life was marked by a sharp mind, generosity, and an unmatched work ethic. He was a longtime member of Shawnee Seventh-day Adventist Church, where he served as an elder for many years.

Above all else, Mack was devoted to his beloved late wife, Joanna, whom he loved faithfully for 42 years. Their marriage was the greatest joy of his life.

Those who knew Mack knew there was no such thing as a stranger. He had a quick wit and was an unapologetic charmer. He believed in people, often before they believed in themselves, and had an uncanny ability to lift them up with a brilliant sense of humor.

He is survived and lovingly remembered by his stepchildren, Renee Cravens and David Slade; his grandchildren, Ryan Slade, Cassandra Marie, Brittany O'Brien, Derek Slade, and DeEtta Cravens; his great-grandchildren, Camden, Scarlett, and Zoey Slade, Elle, Brook, and Andi O'Brien, and Oliver King Tracy; his siblings, Sue Kuykendall, Tom Mohler, and Glenda Hause; and many extended family members and friends who were like family to Mack.

The love he showed to others will carry on in the lives he leaves behind.
